Extenuating Circumstances

If you are unable to attend a scheduled class or trip due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis.​

Generally Speaking...

No Refunds: Generally, OXP does not offer refunds for classes, trips, services, or events. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances may arise.​

Credit for Future Use

If you cannot attend, the funds may be applied as credit towards future classes, trips, services, or events offered by OXP. This credit will remain on your account for up to 18 months from the date of the original purchase.

Expiration of Credit: If the balance has not been utilized within 18 months, it will be considered a donation to support OXP's mission to promote healing and wellness.
